What You Need To Know Before You Buy New Furnace

There are many things that people forget to do before they make large investments, here is what you should know before you buy new furnace.

Research the manufacturer:

When you are investing in something that will be in your home for the long run, as a new heating system would, it would be in your best interest to ensure that your money is being invested in the right place before you buy new furnace.

Know what you’re paying:

A good deal can sometimes be deceiving. Installing a new heating system for your home in Ontario can cost anywhere between $2800 to $5000. Converting your heating system from electric to oil will be costly and will hike up the price of installing your heating system dramatically. You may think that you’re getting a good deal on your heating system because the cost on your bill will now be significantly lower than previously, but you also have to take into consideration the cost of the installation and if the deal is really as good as you think.

Extended labor warranty:

Extended labor warranty is always a good thing to have. When you purchase furnace from a reliable contractor, most of the time you automatically get 10 years parts warranty. Labor warranty is usually offered for one year by the installer company. Extended 10 years labor warranty can be purchased at additional cost from manufacturer.

There might be a chance that your heating system will break or fail unexpectedly, and with extended labor warranty you have nothing to worry about.

Payment options

When purchasing a new heating system you have three methods of payment available. You can pay in cash, money order or certified cheque. If you don’t have money to pay up front, we offer financing with a trusted financial institution.

Furnace Rent To Own option:
